My mother refuses to say I love you, to this day. She occasionally puts a post on my FB wall, that says, “luvs ya” or she will click the heart on a posted pic. She will then tell my sister, “there, now your sister knows I love her. I put a heart on her photo”

It’s weird how those words can be so difficult to “just say”.
